Hey Wai,

Kudos to you for taking this on! I'll see if I can help out and set up a few events in the near future. I've got a pretty big movie collection and there's a video room in my condo, maybe I can run a regular movie night.

cool

Hey Wai,

It seems they are a lot of things we can do. I am thinking gather a group of 4 people to play badminton regularly - yes, I am so into badminton right now. haha. If you are into, please email me for that wink

How about some short weekends trips to US or some cities close to Ontario? such as, new york city, Quebec...

For some low key events, we can have some coffee/bubble tea nights, brunch on Sunday, some walk in city, such as walking in some parks and some trails.

For more sport activities, if there are enough early birds, we can go biking, skating in some community center, running...

Since we have so many sports events, we can then orgaize some FOOD events, I know many people like to eat, like Carey. haha.. Food club is a great idea.

Hi,

I'm new to the group, but I like the idea of trying out new restaurants and I'm always up for a good ski trip.

Here are a few more ideas:

Salsa night
Mah Jong night
Poker night
Karaoke
Rockclimbing

Poker night will be fun. I have unprofessional chips in case we need it. We play just for fun, say, $10-20 entry fee.

Hi,

We are thinking to have some board games events on some Sunday. I was wondering who might be able to get some meeting rooms in his/her place. We can play poker, mah jah or whatever board games. Any suggestion?

Hiking is popular with people. There's a bunch of trails in the City. All vary in style, scenary, dirt or paved, etc.
Food stuff is good.
Live music?
TV night for next season's THe Apprentice?
Anything that does not cost much $
